DESIGNCLARITY

Today I was informed that the first part of my application for a Trade Mark on my startup Where Pets Are Found business name and logo was approved.  Woo hoo!  The first stage may only be checking that the mark is in fact eligible for an application, but still it is the first step in the right direction (of a rather unplanned process – see my first Trade Mark post for further details).  Next is to pay another fee to IP Australia and submit the application.  Oh the joys!
